Mineral Oil Concentrates
OPORTET® - W100
Cooling lubricant concentrate to TRGS 611 standards with a mineral oil content of about 45%. OPORTET® - W100 has universal uses in concentrations of 4 to 10% for working on steel, cast iron and aluminium alloys. OPORTET® - W100 solutions are transparent in use and have outstanding cleaning and residue characteristics.
OPORTET® - W200
Unusually bio stable, universal cooling lubricant with no chlorine, nitrite or easily nitrosable amines. Total mineral and diester oil content of about 45%. OPORTET® - W200 emulsions are used in metal removing and non-cutting processing of steel and aluminium. The concentrate used is of the order of 4 to 10%. OPORTET® - W200 forms extremely biostable emulsions with water with little foam that are able to absorb great pressure. Available as W200BB for use with non-ferrous metal.
OPORTET® - W200SL
Very efficient universal cooling lubricant concentrate for working iron, steel, castings and aluminium. The increased mineral oil content and balanced combination of mineral oil, diestel oil, surfactants and emulsifiers give this product excellent residue characteristics and very little foam in the emulsions. Outstandingly suitable for modern CNC machinery.
OPORTET® - W600
Economical, universal cooling lubricant for general metalworking. The high mineral oil content of this product ensures excellent residue characteristics.
The recommended concentration is from 4 to 10%.
OPORTET® - W700
Boron free cooling lubricant with a very low pH value. Selected top-quality ingredients make this product particularly hypoallergenic and endow it simultaneously with outstanding residue characteristics.
OPORTET® - W800
Cooling lubricant concentrate without boron or amine. Universal uses in working with iron, steel, castings, non-ferrous metals and alloys.
OPORTET® - RG2
Cooling lubricant concentrate with outstanding pressure absorption capabilities especially suitable for heavy steel and alloy work. The concentration used varies from 5 to 10% depending on the process involved.
OPORTET® - 8000
Cooling lubricant concentrate with a high proportion of mineral oil with polar lubricants reducing cutting forces and yielding outstanding worked surfacing. OPORTET® - 8000 can be used for non-cutting and material removing processing of steel, iron, aluminium and alloys. The concentrations used here are from 5 to 10% and are milky and low in foam. Mineral oil content around 75%.
OPORTET® - G385
Cooling lubricant concentrate especially for use in precision optical applications. Offers high dilution options, long service life of the solutions, non-hardening with a result that diamond tools do not clog and swarf is removed completely. Recommended concentrations for these uses are from 2 to 5%.
